I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Laura – fur mom, curious george, wellness enthusiast, and all about the journey.

When I’m not working behind the scenes for my clients, you can usually find me squeezing in a pilates + cardio sesh, enjoying the Canadian East Coast (I burrow between the Maritimes and Ontario), or spending time with my most precious ones.

How did I get here, you ask? My background in digital publishing and arts & culture reporting was certainly a catalyst, as I’ve come to love working alongside professionals motivated by passion, detail, and ideas. It is a chance to dig deep into the transformation process and build.

In 2022 I decided to press pause, throw myself into professional development mode, and add some new skillsets to my toolbox. I enrolled in a mentorship program with some of the VA industry’s leading business integrators to get equipped with the most current and effective modalities for daily operation systems and processes. Coupled with my love for life on the web, marketing, writing, and general sleuthing, I am here to tailor a virtual solutions package suited to uniquely you.

My ultimate goal is to help empower those I work with. My clients are usually the support system for ALL of their 1:1 and group memberships, and so my job is to make my clients feel supported in various ways. Having a right hand you can trust is so important when it comes to delivering the best client experience possible!
